Welcome to 4T!  Even though I have been teaching for 23 years, I still get as excited about the new school year as I did when I first started in this profession.  The joy of meeting a whole new set of students and beginning our journey together never gets old.  While I do keep a lot of routines, work, and projects the same every year, each group of children determines how the year will go.  They bring their interests, enthusiasms, strengths, and needs to our room, and I adjust my routines, work, and projects to fit them.  This keeps teaching fresh and exciting from year to year!
