  • Pennsylvania 211 East is a free, confidential, non-emergency, comprehensive information and referral service that connects Berks County residents with the health and human services they need.

    You can reach 211 by dialing 211 or (855) 567-5341.

    211 is not intended for emergency use. If you have an emergency, call 911.

County of Berks COVID Help Center

  • Please visit the Berks County Commissioners' Do Your Part website at https://www.doyourpartberks.com/ for more information and resources on how you can help stop the spread of COVID-19.

    The phone number to call is 610-320-6150 and the email is Covid@countyofberks.com.  The center is open seven days a week between the hours of 8 AM and 7 PM.  Multilingual services are available.  The information on the Call Center can also be found on the Berks Department of Emergency Services website on www.berksdes.com.
